What we do
We work on straight stairlifts, and we do three things with them.
-
Installation
We fit a straight stairlift to your staircase. The rail fixes to the stair treads, not the walls, and installation usually takes a few hours. Before we leave, we make sure you're comfortable using it.
-
Service calls
Stairlift slow, noisy, or not moving? We come to your home, find the fault, and fix it. Regular servicing helps keep a lift running reliably.
-
Removals
Moving house or no longer need your stairlift? We take out the rail and seat and take everything away, so your stairs are clear again.
Not sure which one you need? Get in touch and we'll work it out together.

Common questions
How long does an installation take?
Usually a few hours. Once we've finished and shown you the controls, you can start using the lift.
Will it damage my walls?
No. The rail fixes to the stair treads, so your walls stay as they are.
Can other people still use the stairs?
Yes. The seat, armrests, and footrest fold up, which leaves the staircase clear.
Do you work on curved stairs?
We work on straight staircases. If yours curves or has a landing, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
My stairlift has stopped working. What should I do?
Contact us and describe what it's doing. We'll arrange a service call to find the fault and fix it.
Can you remove a stairlift I no longer need?
Yes. We remove the rail, seat, and wiring, and take it all away.
